Georgian weddings are beautiful with some unique customs. Like, where the groom climbs on the roof and frees a white bird as his new bride enters her future house.
Another interesting tradition is the ‘survey’ of the house. The bride accompanied by witnesses conducts a through survey of her future house and breaks a beautiful plate for luck before entering the house.
